In compliance with the Money-back Guarantee Program Senate Bill 240 (2023) amended section (s.) 1011,803, Florida Statutes (F.S.) https://www.flsenate.gov/laws/statutes/2023/1011.803 these three Career and Technical Education programs will be subject to the Money-back Guarantee Program: Dental Assisting Technology and Management, Practical Nursing and Surgical Technology. Self-pay students in these programs have 30 days to apply 6 months after their program completion date. To be eligible for a tuition refund, students must meet the Money-back Guarantee program requirements listed below. See the Business Office for a tuition refund application. 

Program requirements to receive a tuition refund through the Money-back Guarantee Program:

• Successfully completed program of study above
• Earned an industry certification/licensure associated with the program of study above
• Student Attendance (90% or higher)
• Student Program Performance (70% grade or higher)
• Job Search documentation (3 letters from job search)
