Procedures for Student Registration and Updating Information

In addition to registering online for spring, summer, and fall classes, you may also register in-person by visiting one of our campuses. Follow the steps below to complete the registration process. If you have any questions, please contact the technical college campus.

Students will complete the student application and provide the documentation listed in the tabs below.

  • Veterans please go see either the Financial Aid Office or Admissions Office to sign an informational form pertaining to the Isakson and Roe requirements.
  • Students will submit required documentation below to include with the application.

    • A valid US government-issued identification (not expired)
      • If your I.D. says TEMPORARY, please provide a second proof of identification (Employment Authorization Card or documentation, I-94, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, Passport with a valid U.S. Visa)
  • Students will submit required documentation below to include with the application.

    • A valid US government-issued identification (not expired)
      • If your I.D. says TEMPORARY, please provide a second proof of identification (Employment Authorization Card or documentation, I-94, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, Passport with a valid U.S. Visa)
    • OCPS Florida Residency Verification Form
    • Students may provide one of the following documents for CASAS exemption:
      • Official College Transcript showing degree earned
      • Official State of Florida Public High School Transcript (2007 or after)
      • Official documentation of passing score on a State approved industry certification/licensure exam related to the program of study
      • Official documentation of passing score on a State approved industry certification/licensure exam related to the program of study
      • Active Duty Military
